Upon arrival, the room was uncomfortably hot, and the overall experience was below standard. com and seemed unhelpful. The WiFi only worked in the lobby, a significant inconvenience. The service encountered language barrier-related rudeness, and even when the air conditioning caught on fire, no proper response was provided by the staff.
